EDSN Frame Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using EDSN Frame. The MVP keeps the language simple, aligned with App Store review, and focused on a minimal app experience.
1. Service description
EDSN Frame is a Studio YONA app. In the current MVP draft, it focuses on app introduction, release readiness, support, and legal information.
2. User responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
- Do not copy, redistribute, or misuse the app content or layout beyond what is allowed.
- Do not interfere with the app's normal operation or security.
3. Intellectual property
The app name, design, copy, layout, and related content belong to Studio YONA or the respective rights holder. Nothing in these terms grants ownership outside the permitted use.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Automated abuse, scraping, or excessive requests that burden the service
- Malicious content, spam, or false support messages
- Attempts to bypass or disrupt app restrictions
5. Disclaimer and limits
Studio YONA makes reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but does not guarantee perfect uptime or error-free behavior. Support messages may pass through third-party email infrastructure as part of normal delivery.
6. Changes
If the app or its support model changes, these terms may also be updated. Important changes will be communicated through the app or website when appropriate.
