Detective's Recorder Privacy Policy
This draft applies only to Detective's Recorder. Studio YONA is keeping the MVP intentionally minimal: no analytics on the website, email-only support, and app-scoped legal pages for App Store review.
1. Scope
This policy covers the Detective's Recorder app and the app-specific pages that support it. If Studio YONA publishes more apps later, each app can have its own legal pages and disclosures.
2. Information we collect
- The current MVP draft does not require you to create an account.
- No in-app analytics, ad tracking, or location collection is included in the MVP scope.
- If you contact support, your email address and message content may be included.
- Screenshots, attached files, or device details you choose to send by email may also be processed for support.
3. How information is used
- Responding to support and App Review questions
- Understanding app issues or usability concerns
- Maintaining a minimal operational record for support follow-up
4. Third-party processing
Support email may be transmitted or stored through Google mail infrastructure. The app itself does not use analytics in the MVP scope, but the email support channel can still rely on third-party mail services to deliver and manage messages.
5. Retention and deletion
- We keep support data only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up.
- If the law requires us to retain certain records, we keep only that limited set.
- There is no website analytics log to retain because analytics are not part of the MVP scope.
6. Children
Detective's Recorder is not designed as a child-directed service. If future features change that assumption, the policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Changes to this policy
If the app features, support channels, or data practices change, this policy will be updated so the app and the published disclosures stay aligned.
